Sumo Tech Academy is an initiative aimed at recruiting graduates across various disciplines, including IT, Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing. The comprehensive programme offers recent graduates on-the-job training and development, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in the IT industry. Training covers essential areas such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Technical Implementations, Service Desk Support, and Marketing — benefiting not only the graduates themselves, but also our partners and customers.

Graduates receive education in the latest technologies and best practices, ensuring they remain current with industry-relevant skills. The programme also provides professional development opportunities including mentorship, career coaching, and networking events to support career advancement within the sector. Through hands-on work on real-world projects, graduates gain practical experience that enables them to apply their skills confidently in a professional environment.

The Academy places a strong emphasis on collaboration, negotiation techniques, customer centricity, and industry-specific expertise. Central to our approach is the Tripartite Alliance — a synergy between OEMs, Sumo Tech, and our customers — which fosters a deep understanding of customer ecosystems and challenges. Within an 18-month timeframe, our goal is to transform young recruits into proficient professionals who embody the ethos of “Dream Big, Hustle Hard,” creating lasting value for our graduates, partners, and customers alike.

CLIENT CASE STUDIES

To strengthen Korridor’s customer support operations, SumoTech deployed Zoho Desk as a centralized helpdesk solution. The goal was to unify all customer communication channels into a single platform, ensuring that no query is missed and every request is tracked from submission to resolution.

The implementation introduced structured ticket management, automated routing, and prioritization of support requests, significantly improving response efficiency. Support agents gained better context for each customer interaction, enabling faster and more accurate resolution of issues.

In addition, real-time analytics and performance tracking provided leadership with clear visibility into support operations, including response times, resolution rates, and workload distribution. As a result, Korridor has been able to deliver more consistent, reliable, and scalable customer service across all channels.

Sumo Tech implemented Zoho CRM for Korridor to modernize and unify their sales operations across the organization. The objective was to replace fragmented processes with a centralized system that provides full visibility over the customer journey, from initial lead capture through to deal closure.

The new CRM environment enabled Korridor’s sales team to manage leads more effectively, track opportunities in real time, and maintain consistent communication with prospects through automated follow-ups and reminders. Sales activities were streamlined into a structured pipeline, improving accountability and reducing manual administrative work.

With enhanced reporting and real-time dashboards, management gained deeper insight into sales performance, conversion trends, and pipeline health. This has empowered Korridor to make faster, more informed decisions while improving overall sales efficiency and customer relationship management.

SumoTech implemented Zoho People for Korridor to digitize and streamline their human resource management processes. The goal was to create a centralized HR system that improves efficiency, transparency, and employee experience across the organization.

The platform enabled Korridor to manage employee records, attendance, leave applications, onboarding processes, and internal HR workflows within a single unified system. This significantly reduced reliance on manual processes and improved data accuracy across HR operations.

With automated workflows and self-service employee features, administrative overhead was reduced while employee engagement and accessibility were improved. HR teams now benefit from better visibility into workforce data, enabling more informed decision-making and improved operational planning.

Overall, the implementation has provided Korridor with a scalable HR foundation that supports business growth and enhances organizational structure.
